Rolfe Park has baseball diamonds, soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and open areas which are shared by the area schools, the Penacook Community Center youth programs, local sports teams and leagues, and other visitors.
The fields are also the site for such events as the annual Easter egg hunt and outdoor concerts.
The park is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. There is plenty of parking available.
Rolfe Park Pool
All Concord pools including the Rolfe Park Pool, will be open on Saturday, June 20 and close on Friday, August 14 at 4:30 pm
Daily Hours are::
Monday - Friday 12:30 - 4:30 pm & 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday from 12:30 - 4:30 pm.
The Rolfe Park swimming pool is free if you live in Concord or Penacook. Bring proof of residency (drivers license, school report card or photo ID showing street address).
Non-residents can purchase a family pass to use the pool. Beginning Tuesday, June 2, passes will be sold for $103.00. This pass will allow full access to Concord's seven outdoor pools which are open until August 14th.
Lost Pass Replacement Fee: $25 Non resident
No flotation devices are allowed. No masks that block the nose or mouth are allowed unless your doctor says you need it.
Pool School or Swim Lessons are available and the lessons are based on learning the fundamentals of swimming while having a fun experience. Group lessons are a great way for beginner and intermediate swimmers to develop and enhance their abilities. This year group lessons are offered at Merrill, Rollins, Rolfe and Kimball pools. All City swimming pools are available for rent Saturday mornings for children's birthday parties, neighborhood parties or other family gatherings. The rental rate is $88 which includes two lifeguards, use of the restrooms and pool area from 10 am to noon. To make a reservation, call 225-8690 and ask for DJ.
