Route 3 Construction:

How PVA can assist Village businesses:

  • Communication of construction status, problems, issues
  • Business point person
  • Daily updates for alternate routes and parking options provided by City Engineering
  • Community involvement, community events to draw people to Village
    • opening ceremony, closing ceremony
  • Re-release video or create a new one
  • PVA website link directly to any city info
  • Temporary removal of one way streets to provide more alternate routes
  • Merrimack Valley Voice involvement
  • Temporary Farmers Market location in Village
  • Funding for PVA efforts. Bring request to January general meeting to use portion of designated funds. Request $1000.
  • Are grants available?
  • Meeting with businesses at the end of February.

Mixed-use Zoning Study: The city plans to schedule a weekday session.

Rail Trail” Reached Depot Street in Boscawen. Will celebrate completion August 23, Old Home Day.

Next meeting: February 13 meeting will not be scheduled. A later date in February will be determined to meet with village businesses.

Penacook Library: Friends of the Library will hold a celebration for Liz Blanchard on February 12 from 6 - 8.
