Quarterly Events to keep PVA name prominent and raise funds
      Example: Magic Lantern Show at MVHS auditorium

Promote PVA with:
      Banner displayed at all events: drawing of village and text; 3X6

Brochure:
      Condense text
      Add membership application
      3-fold, 8.5 x 11 (8.5 x 14 more expensive)
      Multiple versions for different purposes
            new member recruitment
            business recruitment
            welcome wagon

Business member display board: Movable business listings

Businesses:
      Sponsorships for events
      Business member display board with name/logos
      Member discounts at Penacook businesses
      Package: business purchases group membership/employees get discount cards
      Membership levels
            Basic $25 (website listing with PVA member indicator)
            Group (website listing with PVA indicator and business logo
            Employee membership cards
            Window decal)

            1-10 $50
            11-50 $125
            51+ $250

Initial focus: Village and surrounding area (Exit 17 - Bridge - River Road - Fisherville Plaza)

Long term goals:
• Bring WiFi to village
• Speaker for business: attracting new business; marketing expert; view business with new eyes

Next meeting: January 12, 2012
            Bring ideas for an event to be held in February
