I. Welcome, refreshments and introductions

II. New Business: Rt. 3 Corridor Project Design Charrette

Guest Speakers: Matt Walsh, City Assistant for Special Project Ed Roberge, City Engineer
Rob Mack, City Traffic Engineer
Steve Henninger, City Planning

9:10 Overview of Route 3 Project & Goals for the Charrette (Ed Roberge, City Engineer)

9:30 Break Out Sessions Begin. Attendees will be divided into 4 equal groups. Each group
        will then rotate between the following tables to discuss specific topical areas every 30 minutes.

Table 1: Streetscape, Gateways & Landscaping (Facilitated by Matt Walsh)
Table 2: Parking (Facilitated by Steve Henninger, City Planning)
Table 3: Pedestrian Safety (Facilitated by Rob Mack, City Traffic Engineer)
Table 4: Intersections, Traffic Signals & Round-A-Bouts (Facilitated by Ed Roberge, City Engineer)

9:30 – 10:00: Break Out Session 1
10:00 – 10:30: Break Out Session 2
10:30 – 11:00: Break Out Session 3
11:00 – 11:30: Break Out Session 4

11:30: Wrap-Up Session. Each City Facilitator presents brief summary of
          discussions at each table, general themes, etc.

Noon: Event concludes
