Route 3 Rehab Schedule

The City of Concord has received bids for the Route 3 repair work. All were above the amount budgeted. The city is negotiating a scope of work for one bid which as significantly lower than the others. Crews may be scheduled to work on the first phase as early as late July or early August.

Repaving, sidewalk contruction, traffic signals, utitlities work, and improvement of pedestrian and bike access will be completed between 2008 and 2013.
