As part of the national Make a Difference Day, forty plus volunteers between the ages of 15 and 82 cleared along the half mile wall that leads into Penacook. Armed with saws, pruning shears and clippers, they cleared brush and small trees that had grown up a steep incline above the historic wall built in the 1930's by Civilian Conservation Corp members.
